By ordering any product or service from DesigningLove, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. When you place an order, you confirm your acceptance of the terms set out below, which apply to all current and future orders for the sale and supply of DesigningLove products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by DesigningLove.

Force Majeure
DesigningLove shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control.
These events may include, but are not limited to, government actions or omissions, changes in legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, natural disaster, accident, war, labor disputes, or failure of suppliers or service providers.
In such circumstances, DesigningLove’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Payment
All products remain the property of DesigningLove until full payment has been received.
Prices are those stated at the time an order is placed. Any applicable fees are disclosed prior to order confirmation. By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied. All payments are processed securely via PayPal using SSL encryption.
DesigningLove does not store or have access to your financial or card details. PayPal is solely responsible for processing transactions, and you are encouraged to review PayPal’s own privacy and security policies.
DesigningLove reserves the right to terminate an agreement if payment is not received when due, if these Terms & Conditions are breached, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Ordering
When placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
DesigningLove is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information supplied at checkout.
Delivery
DesigningLove monograms are digital products. Orders include high-resolution digital files only.
No physical items are produced or shipped. Digital files are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital and bespoke nature of DesigningLove’s design services, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not offered.
You are encouraged to review all product information carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact DesigningLove via the enquiry form on the Website.
Additional Information
DesigningLove reserves the right to amend information on the Website at any time, including prices, product descriptions, technical specifications, and terms of purchase, without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable, DesigningLove reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Where appropriate, alternative or equivalent products may be offered.
Any delivery timeframes stated are indicative only. All products supplied are digital. No physical goods will be delivered.
Liability
DesigningLove does not accept liability for errors or omissions contained on the Website. If an error is identified in the pricing or description of a product you have ordered, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
DesigningLove is not obliged to fulfil orders placed at an incorrect price.
Minor variations in color or appearance between on-screen representations and final digital files may occur and do not constitute a fault. While reasonable measures are taken to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access, DesigningLove cannot be held liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including rare security breaches.
